Dandy Barrett (Vera Meeks) is a theatre, film, television, and voice-over actress who has performed in the Northeast and Southeast at venues such as The Manhattan Theatre Club, Island Stage (Nantucket), Savannah Cultural Arts Theatre, Savannah Actors Theatre, and a number of community theaters in Connecticut and Georgia. Most recent theater roles include Golda Meir in Golda’s Balcony, Ethel Thayer in On Golden Pond, Jean Horton in Quartet, Ethel Hay in Moon Over Buffalo and Violet Weston in August: Osage County. Film and television roles include parts in Tyler Perry’s ACRIMONY and the series TRUE CRIME STORY. Dandy has done extensive voice-over work for A&E Biography, Dictaphone Corporation (the voice of Dictaphone) Victoria’s Secret, Day & Date television news magazine, WNBC-TV, WABC TV, and WCBS-TV.

Mike Boland* (Bill Wilson) is an award-winning actor and writer. He is a veteran performer on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in regional theatre and on tour around the world. Mike was a guest star on the recent hit Netflix limited series SIRENS, and was a recurring guest star on the long-running NBC thriller THE BLACK LIST. Mike also guested on FBI, PERSON OF INTEREST and others. As a writer, his YO ANDREA feature screenplay was crowned the winner at the Miami Screenplay Awards, The Comedy Film Festival (Austin, TX), Milan Indie Film Festival, Southwest Film Festival and others. Mike won a Drama Desk Award for his work on the Off-Broadway hit The Orphans’ Home Cycle in 2010. He studied with George DiCenzo, Cotter Smith, and Academy Award winners Philip Seymour Hoffman, Alan Arkin and Bobby Moresco.

BRIAN J. CARTER* (Richard Meeks) Television credits include: THE MARVELLOUS MRS. MAISEL; DEAR EDWARD; THE BLACKLIST; RUN THE WORLD; BLUE BLOODS; THE AMERICANS; JESSICA JONES; GOTHAM, PERSON OF INTEREST, UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT, VEEP, DEADBEAT, LAW & ORDER: SVU, and LAW & ORDER. He will recur in A24’s upcoming Friday the 13th series on Peacock. Film credits include OCEAN’S EIGHT (director Gary Ross, opposite Sandra Bullock), LOSERVILLE, THE FAMILY FANG (director Jason Bateman), SEX, DEATH, AND BOWLING, THE PREPPIE CONNECTION, and THE MAGNIFICENT MEYERSONS. His stage career launched with the original production of WIT (Pulitzer Prize), and he has appeared in dozens of stage productions.  Brian founded The Acting Gym, a professional training program for actors and filmmakers. His students have booked series regulars, guest-stars, and regularly appear on Broadway.  The Acting Gym has produced 48 short films and six feature films, which have been celebrated at over 80 film festivals. www.theactinggym.com.

JIM GORDON (Playwright) is an award-winning playwright whose works have been produced in over 200 theatres across the United States and Europe. His plays, both full-length and short, have garnered national recognition and are published by Dramatic Publishing. Jim holds a B.S. in Theatre Arts from the State University of New York and an M.A. in Communications from Fairfield University. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the Theatre Artists Workshop in Westport, Connecticut.

ANDREA LYNN GREEN (Production Stage Manager) is delighted to be on the team as Stage Manager for Jim Gordon's The Meeks Shall Inherit. Andrea is an actor, playwright, and director. Most recently, Andrea directed a reading of Scott Organ's play 17 Minutes, through Moses Gunn Play Company at The Guilford Library, and Night Out by Dan Remmes (Theatre Artists Workshop at Westport Country Playhouse), "Potholes" by Luisa Tanno (Chain Theatre Winter One Act Festival, and Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None (TAW, Nov 2024), among many workshop festival productions since 2019. The filmed version of Bushwhacked! And Other Short Plays by Rosemary Foley will be released Nov. 15th 2025 on Youtube (which Andrea directed, produced, and performed in). "My Anecdotal Life", a limited podcast series on the life stories of Granville Wyche Burgess will also be released in the winter of 2025. Find all these projects and more at directedbyalg.com.

KATE KATCHER (Director) Writer, actor, director. Plays include the recently optioned Judith Keith, based on Brecht’s The Jewish WifeA Fox in the Henhouse (FutureFest Finalist), 36 (Dorothy Silver Playwriting Competition), and a host of published and produced short plays.  Her debut novel, 36, will be released in July, 2026 by Vine Leaves Press. As a director, she is most proud of her work with developing playwrights on such new plays as Fred Stroppel's Small World with Scott Bryce and TAW's Robert Resnikoff, Kent Brown’s In the Middle of Nowhere, with Keir Dullea & Mia Dillon; Our Lady of Allapattah by Christopher Demos Brown; Veils by Tom Coash; Hamlet: The Sequel by Terrence Hill. She is a Member of The Actors Studio/Playwright-Directors Unit, CT Theatre Women Network, Dramatists Guild and SAG/AFTRA.

JODI STEVENS* (Kate O'Neil) is an accomplished stage and screen actress whose credits include Law & Order, FBI: Most Wanted, and Younger. On Broadway she starred as Pam in Urban Cowboy and Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde. Off-Broadway, she’s portrayed Marlene Dietrich in three productions, including Barry Manilow’s Harmony. A Connecticut favorite, Jodi has earned seven Connecticut Drama Circle nominations and won Best Featured Actress for Singin’ in the Rain at Summer Theatre of New Canaan. She starred as Tanya in ACT of CT’s premiere of Mamma Mia! and recently in I’ll Eat You Last at MTC. ALLAN ZELLER* (Sam Molloy) was recently seen in the Theatre Artists Workshop Fall festival of New Works playing the role of Bill in "Hamsplaining" and the part of Beethoven in the play "Frank & Ludwig". Earlier this year at the Actors Studio NYC Allan was asked to read the part of Klaus, in Judith Keith, Kate Katcher's sequel to Brecht's The Jewish Wife. Last year at the Powerhouse Theatre, Allan played the role of William Blore, in Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None. Allan and his wife, Kimberly Squires, often perform in their two-person show Zeller & Squires, last playing at Legacy Theatre, Branford CT. East Coast credits: NYC Players Theatre, National Arts Club NYC, Greenwich Theatre Co, Music Theatre of CT, Penguin Rep, Stray Kats Theatre, Schoolhouse Theatre. West Coast credits: Sacramento Theatre Co, CitiArts Theatre, Theatre Artists of Marin, Roger Rocha’s Music Hall, 2nd Space Theatre & Theatre Works. MFA in Acting, UC Davis.
